So, in the latest version of Counter-strike (is it Counter-Strike or Counter-strike? I've seen both) some stupid CHILD can edit and delete your key settings. Yeah, I know, you can make it read-only and get a default one if you delete yours and play it again... but fucking come on.

Counter-Strike is a joke.

I think it's just too much power in the hands of the chillen.

For a real laugh, try reading some of the JC dial up scripts that I KNOW RobB has kept on a dusty hard drive somewhere in a cardboard box in the back closet. Back then users were limited to 45 minutes of log-on time and there would be dozens of new posts every day. My C64 was blazing along at 300 baud so I would have to make the sigs short and sweet in order to read everything.

I never had my key binds deleted in CS. Could it be possible that the guy is a liar?

It all being based on the same software this very thing could have happened in HL2 Deathmatch.

Ill give u some advice, get your own server so no one can fuck with u and u can with them. Thats what I did ofter to many kids running around with admin

FWIW, 'Vark, "corn" in the original message context wouldn't make any sense, whereas your original reference was great. Don't think too hard; you've still got it, my friend.

And, back in the days before JC went up, I tried to get copies of JC messages for inclusion in Best Of, and all RobB could come up with was the single .QWK packet from which I pulled all messages that are in there.

There isn't any reason for my posts to be on your bulletin board.
