That looks really tasty. I'm not being mean, but the green things there look like fish eyes! But still, very tasty.

I like the nice stright lines of cheese/frosting/ejaculate/whatever
that you have over the food.

1. It's not cheese, it's crema Mexicana (Mexican sour cream.)

2. It's Yucateca green habanero hot sauce. I have mixed feelings about Yucateca green habanero hot sauce. On the one hand, it tastes great. On the other hand, they color it artificially. On the third hand, the color is so brilliant that I forgive them for doing it.
