Purchased 5 solid titles in the month of March and can not remember such a good month of titles in some time.
Has there ever been such a good month for a console since the Sega master system?
Daxter : solid platform gaming action. Great graphics and interesting levels. Surprisingly no bugs here, cause you run around catching them damn things and the game runs great.
Me and my Katamari : I had never played this game, but must say it is completely addicting. I can not even take a shit without this game in my hands. I mean even my turds are bigger now.
Kao Challengers : This is that $20.00 game that no one is talking about. Another great platformer that is every bit as good as Daxter. This game reminds me of why I will always love unique characters and originality in games. Sonic and Kao should go bowling together.
Untold Legends Warriors Code : The best of the lot. What is it about this game like the first that makes it so appealing? I mean it really is running around attacking things in dungeons to beef up you character. I love the looks of this game better then the first and the ability to morph into a beast type character is great. This one does incorporate a little more story line and nice colors to feast upon. I would have to say this is a must buy for any Gauntlet fan.
Syphon Filter Dark Mirror: Not always a big fan of stealthy combat type games, but this one is intriguing. I like the weapons and think it may have more playability then Socom. Great graphics again and an interesting story line prescribe more gameplay. My least favorite of the bunch, but I have not given up entirely.
Some recent games I have purchased lately that were not released in March
Kingdom of Paradise : Best RPG on the PSP hands down. I love the combat style and the wide open levels to adventure through. The story is great and keeps you wanting more. The martial arts in this game are cool and the player is actually able to control a little more of the action then Dynasty Warriors game play. Worth a look for sure.
Gretzky NHL 06 : Ok, I had the first one and sold it. Just was not playing it enough. I had a desire to play some hockey lately and am glad I gave back in to this sequel. Awesome camera angles highlight all the action and the computer actually gives a decent amount of competition in Season mode. I like the mechanics of this game and feel this version is much more complete then the first.
So there it is. I feel better about owning a PSP after this past month. It looks like it will only keep getting better with a Justice League game in the works.
By the way, anyone figured out how to play backups yet on version 2.6 yet?

Doesn't look like it.milker wrote: By the way, anyone figured out how to play backups yet on version 2.6 yet?
I sorta wonder if I should have upgraded. Hopefully if the GTA bug still works on 3.0 it will have been worth it.
Good point Bobby!
