During last Sunday's Saints game, the Saints had scored a touchdown with 12 men on the field. The limit is in fact 11. After being made aware of this fact, the officials went on to count the number of Saints players on the field.

Anyway, during the count Saint wide receiver Joe Horn tried hiding behind one of the 49ers fat guys so that the refs couldn't see him. Here's a video clip showing it:

Kinda funny. OH AND JOE KINDA RULES!

Someone accused the Saints of just being 'lucky' this year. To which Mr. Horn replied: "Hey, I'll take lucky all the way to the SuperBowl, you <deleted>." [source: 23 Oct N.O. Times-Picayune.]

Joe does rule.
And so does Aaron, Deuce, and Michael Lewis.

Geaux Saints!!

Another Saints fan!! Allright! I now feel justified in posting game recaps and analysis. I can't remember the last time a season has been this much fun. At least 9 or 10 years.

Dude, you had "this much fun" for the first half of last season too. You remember last season, right? Before the 'Aints fell apart the last half?

Anyhow, thats a pretty damned funny video... props to Horn for giving it a shot!

They were 4-4 after 8 games last year, so, no, I am having much more fun this year at 6-2. That 4-4 also included the officating that went on in the New Orleans - New York Giants game which is the most blatant fixing of an NFL game that I have ever seen in my entire life and filled me with quivering rage that lasts until this day. The NFL not desperately trying to get that shitty fucking team and that shitty fucking city and those shitty fucking fans a fixed win has made this a much better season, I think.

But then again, last year also included the week one clobbering of your Bills which I attended, and that was pretty fun. Heh, heh, heh.

I managed to catch both games today (Buf-Det and NO-Atl). I'd really like to see Detroit under a different coach. There are a lot of things that they cannot do, like catch screen passes or hold properly for extra points, but a lot of the players on that team have talent to overcome how incompetent Morningwig (sp) is.

Henry's got to protect the rock at the end of the game, though.
