This ad has been run about once a week for like four months. He's finally reached the point where he doesn't even give a shit about the picture showing up any longer. Fuck that noise, just buy the goddamn game.
"Eat the sandwich!!" -- Jon Lovitz
Oh, and he's never once lowered the price of it.

In the reptile retail world, arboreal means '2 inches off the ground', 'can't stretch out' and 'not a tree in sight'.

Yeah, but ehhhhh, it's Operation Wolf. If I have a gun game in my home I'd prefer it to be Chiller. Only you can't find a copy of Chiller.pinback wrote:Can we get a collection together and make him an offer?
I know there is no chance you will respond to this message, but have you ever played Chiller?

Your interest is far beyond the actual bits that make up the games.
Terminator 2, another gun game, is also listed for the second or third time on Craig's List.
I suspect that Colorado is finally seeing (I am now talking to the class and not necessarily yourself, Pinner) the price crash that the rest of the country saw for arcade game prices. That Ms. Pac that used to fetch $1200 is now around $400. (Unless it has a 96-in-1 kit, in which case, well, bump that baby up a bit.) The $250 Elevator Action in Western New York? Well, we just might see a $250 Operation: Wolf in Colorado.
I CAN tell you all that a Battlezone that was $599 for the loooooongest time (on eBay and Craig's List) was recently listed at $499 on both of those sites. I don't quite understand these guys who put it on eBay and CL but mine is not to wonder why. I guess they just end the auction early.
Christmas is traditionally the time when arcade game prices are the highest, but I look to be out of the bidding, wheeling and dealing because seriously what the fuck I already have enough of them in my basement. If the post-Christmas price crash brings the market down to its lowest level ever, well, it just might be time at that point to take names, note prices and clean up! Oh and by the way, I understand that collecting old arcade games drives English people crazy. So there's that, too.
