An oddly intoxicating game.

Go here, and download the game available therein:

http://www.elastomania.com

It's a game where you're riding a motorcycle, and you have to collect all the fruit before you get the flower, and...

Well, just go check it out.

Pretty damn fun. It seems to radiate that "you've got to play a given level five times and map out a meticulous plan" feeling.

I played, I got drunk. What's so "odd" about it?

I did not get intoxicated sadly. Or maybe it is for the better because I don't drink ... who knows? I really dig the game and plan to buy it thanks for bringing it to my attention Ben. Are you on some shareware quest or something?

By the by I still didn't get those CDs ... maybe they saw they were adressed to "Worm" and set them on fire or something I don't have a damn clue. All I could think is they sent them to one of the other Walnut St.'s in a nearby town. Thinking of that ... what a great way to promote your music! Mail them out to people who want it and the mail office is going to send them to different states and shit and then those people will just rip them open regardless of the fact it isn't adressed to them and get into your stuff!!!

The batch that I sent to you did end up coming back with "addressee unknown" or whatnot on 'em. If you get a chance, re-send me your name and address at beaver@zombieworld.com and I will send them out again tomorrow. Tomorrow is a good day as I wil be in the mall (where the post office is) anyway to pick up stamps.

The way I found it was, I'm a big fan (as you probably have committed to memory) of Pontifex (and now Pontifex II) which can both be found at www.chroniclogic.com. Without question, the greatest shareware games on Earth. Even better than Scarlet Waves!!!

Anyway, I was hanging out in the Pontifex forums, and one thread was "What other games are like this?" and the responses tended naturally towards other games in which the physics model is the primary element of the game. A couple others were mentioned (as was www.sodaplay.com which is fairly fascinating) but then someone went: "D00D TEH BEST GMAE OF ALL TIEM IS ELASTOMANIA!!!!!!!!!" and slowly but surely, everyone on the thread came around to agreeing with him.
