I'm back from Hawaii, bearing gifts of culinary delight from the islands! Here's a little local favorite known as "Loco Moco", or as I call it, "the worst food for you, healthwise-speaking, ever invented"!

1. Cook some rice!
2. Place rice in a bowl!
3. Cook a hamburger patty!
4. Place hamburger patty on top of rice in bowl!
5. Fry an egg! (Or two!)
6. Place egg on top of hamburger patty in bowl!
7. Cook some gravy!
8. Pour gravy over everything!

I can honestly say that dish will take up a good part of my next day off. Which is, uh, Monday? Never? Who the hell cares; when it's time, it's FINE.

How'd that end up? I just had it again today, nearly a year later, and Mmmm-MM is that acceptable food!
