If any of you guys know a web designer, or a web design shop, please direct me to them. A friend of mine has a web business she is starting and didn't have any luck with a local kid that made promises he couldn't deliver on. She isn't looking for too much, just a few pages to display content and a database she can put customer information into.

I've been doing lead gen for a guy from the Ukraine who has a web design/development company. His workers are in the Ukraine so it could be cheap I guess. He also does search engine optimization, which is something JC seems to be set with.
