I've got Friday off and I ain't doing shit for nobody. I will be on Steam playing Team Fortress 2, however. I'll make this a sticky thread for the next thousand years just to hammer this point home.

I would like Robb to pick a server with more than three people next time. Honestly, after you went it was 5v5 with my team having 3 engineers and the opposing team having 2 engineers. This would never happen on a server where someone could screech at them.

I logged onto that server because only two people were on it and the ping (to me) was low - my goal was to learn some maps and try out some characters. For instance, before anyone joined up I figured out that you can access your other weapons at any time, not just when you deplete one.

I hate to say it, but fucking Steam needs to completely rehaul itself to provide for some fucking manuals. Yes, I can "figure it out," but I don't have time to do that when everyone else has been playing the game for a month.

It worked out well - Caltrops people joined that server and I think we all had a good time. But yeah, I was actually over there initially to get down some Team Fortress basics without annoying the shit out of everyone I played with. It seems most servers are either 24/24 or 0/24, so when I found one that was 2/24 with a low ping... worked out great for me.

Apparently, they didn't think you'd need a Team Fortress 2 manual to know your scroll wheel lets you cycle through weapons.
