Burger Wars II

The deadline for entry submission has passed, and I (the Burger Wars Moderator) have received only one of the three entries promised during the Burger Wars II Participation Poll.
This leaves me in a very difficult position.
Initially my thought was to just proclaim the single entrant the winner by default, but as the Burger Wars franchise is quite new, I decided that might do more harm than good to the long-term prospects for the competition.
Therefore I have decided to extend the deadline indefinitely, but I do request that the two remaining entrants get their entries in as soon as possible, preferably by the end of the day. If this is not feasible, please give me an alternate schedule, so I can properly coordinate the many facets of BW2 that need to be organized (awards ceremony, post-awards reception party, etc.)
