Thanks for your effort to assist me. I wish to inform you about my
success in getting the fund transferred under the cooperation of a
friend/brother in United Arab Emirate. Presently I am in the Emirate for
investment projects with my friend.
Please note that before I left Republic of Benin that I was able to
leave an instruction with my former secretary Mr. Dominic Useh that you
may be contacting him after I contact you regarding what I have for you.
Please note that I have left behind for you the sum of USD1.75 million
as a show of my appreciation for you efforts to make the transaction
work in the past with Eco Bank Plc Cotonou. I know that your failure was
not of your making but as God would wish it to be but all the same
I will not fail to compliment your desire to assist me.
Incase you have forgotten me, I am Dr, Franklin Imezi, the former
director-general in the ministry of works in Republic of Benin who
approached you to assist us in moving our commission for a contract awarded by
our ministry then but for reasons beyond your control you could not
help. I am writing to inform you that we however succeeded in our
endeavours then and I am presently in Arab Emirate
where I am foreseeing the investment proposal we have.
Please you should contact my secretary to assist you in moving the
compensation which I have left an instruction to process to your favour. My
secretary will assist you to ensure that a draft is raised in your
name and ensure that it is sent you. I wish to inform you that you have no
cost to bear in terms of issue of your draft. The only expense you
will be is the cost of sending the draft to you which my secretary
will assist to ensure that the best is done in your favour.
