Lost in the Static is a simple little game that uses some surprising aspects of the human perceptual system to create a visible world out of animating static.

Please note that this display is not suitable for everyone! Some people find they get headaches or nausea, or their eyes get "all woggly". If you do not find the experience pleasant, stop playing!

I downloaded it last night after TIGSource posted a blurb about it. It is seriously really cool. It's not too hard to see what's going on, and the music is fantastic: kind of a glitchy orchestral score with a lot of horns.

Christ, it made my eyes bug out after ten minutes. I have those retinal after images when I close my eyes now. Probably wont finish that game.
