I think we should have an old-skool multiline BBS. Only with, you know, telnet instead of actual phone lines.

And maybe something to randomly inject noise and *##@~~&~NO CARRIER

I absolutely and 100% assure you that we SHALL, my friend. This is absolutely a goal, and not one of those goals that I give a lot of lip service to, like finishing college or being less negative, or getting my fangs retracted.

How about a smidgen more contrast. The reason being that I usually peruse here around six in the mornings and this light light color scheme will blind me before I even get a cup of coffee down. The end result will be me curling up like a fishing worm and lying prostate under my computer desk for the rest of the morning and do you know how many donuts I will lose out on at work if I don't go in?

The new theme is fine, except it seems Jonsey is stuck in a bit of a theme rut, because whereas the previous theme was a dark gray border, dark gray background with dark blue trim, now it's a dark gray border, light gray background with light blue trim.

Not saying it's bad, it's definitely a refreshing change, but yeah, would a little green kill ya? C'mon, vote GREEN in 2008!

I agree. Pink is a wonderfully gay color and would jibe perfectly with the gay fact that this dusty old board is still "alive" after the threatened shutdown.

OK, I wasn't going to jump back on this thread, but with that last post I have to chuckle. Apparently the thought of reading and posting without savaging one of the other members here is too much for me to ask, haha. How Jack interprets "don't shitpost" with "leave forever" as what the SysOp was actually saying is beyond me, but whatever.

Please see things from my perspective. You said you were leaving forever, but left a very large graphic in your last post, so the rest of us reading the thread would have to deal with phpBB's inability to resize the thing. Well, I will be completely honest with you, I miss the old Jack Straw from a couple months ago. I am not sure why you are angry all the time now. I would never tell you to leave, and it was frustrating for me that you interpreted what I said to Draal as me telling you to personally leave. I would never do that.
