Yeah I noticed the Icon option on tiles changes other NPC icons as well tho...so it changes anything that walks over that tile.

Huh, didn't know that about terrain Icon settings. I guess you'd have to change the player icon manually at various points then, for terrain you wanted npcs to use as well.
