You're on. I am going to use a walkthrough if I get really stuck, but that is it.

Oh. I didn't know the walkthrough was in play. Well. I'll pay you the $5 in person, how 'bout that?

I am not feeling up for playing the game after all. Does that change anything? I'll still make the bet. I honestly don't know what will happen.

Yeah, I don't want to leave the house for another week (but I am going to Avs vs Sabres tomorrow).
Did you catch my post from before regarding the Instruction Sheet for your pin? He did not turn out to have it at the PHOF.

That was the fastest enthusiasm-to-disinterest transition I've ever seen.
Are you cheering for the Avs or the Sabres? Huh? Huh?

CON: I have not loaded it yet.
PRO: I got a new coffee pot to replace the one Frobozz broke. So I have had two cups.

I think I am hoping for a fight, a penalty shot and a shoot out. The last time I went, two years ago, there was the first two! So I am holding out hope.

Well, Balls! I guess its not a contender for the hall of fame.
I'll just figure it out for meself then.
If Miller is in goal then the sabers will win.

Thank you for looking into it, tho. It's not like NOT having an instruction card is gonna keep me from maximizing my score. There is only one real goal on the table anyway; light up the letters and hit the special-when-lit target. That's about it.
I might have more fun if I write my own brand of directions

This is kind of nice, isn't it, Vark? Just one thread with everything we might think to write? Instead of worrying about "bases" and "distribution of content" and so forth? I think it is kind of nice.
I didn't finish Circuit's Edge last night, so the safe money WAS there. I did find out that Dosbox lets you simply type:
mount c: e:\games\circuit
... where e:\games\circuit is ANY DIRECTORY ON YOUR PC. Argh! I thought I had to change text files all this time, to get it to show up. But I didn't! THANKS WORM!
And the Circuit's Edge seems to run flawlessly in DOSbox. Unless it crashes during the ending. Which I don't know, yet.

Yeah and the mount command lets you mount a CD directory, like I do for that one game you sent me. I FORGET THE NAME OF IT THO >:(

Maybe we (you) should have only two bases (and the ACk bases, natch) and see what happens with all content flowing into the same river of discussions.

I owe you $5 for not finishing Circuit's Edge that night, and $5 for the Redskins winning that one game. It's really starting to add up here.

I think the big gameplay mechanism that I like about The Circuit's Edge all involves finding the right personality chip to solve a puzzle.
I think that is brilliant.
In the books, people can throw software add-ons directly into their brain. So if they got the German language "daddy" (unfortunately named, yeah, but think a microchip) they would instantly know Swiss.
(Christ, this fucking GOogle Chrome shit is REALLY PISSING ME OFF. How the fuck have they not fixed this yet? How many months old is this thing?)
