Ben's Famous Red Chile Enchiladas

1. Heat up a package of this:
2. Dip a corn tortilla into:
...then put the tortilla on a plate.
3. Sprinkle some "mexican-style" grated cheese and some chopped white onion in the middle and fold tortilla over.
4. Repeat 2+3 for each enchilada you want.
5. Smother plate in this:
...and top with more cheese.
6. Microwave for 1 minute.
