They are great so far, keep it up! It's awesome to meet "internet friends" in real life. It was one of the great things about local BBSes and it's still awesome in the Internet age.
Did you experience any pro or anti-American attitudes while you were there?

I really didn't. I am not sure if this is because, a lot of the time, I was in a university setting that was crawling with Americans (so we were not a novelty) or if everyone was just polite or what. For all I knew, there could have been much anti-American sentiment passed around as soon as I left a room or something.
But it was great being "The Foreign Guy" for a couple weeks. Imagine any time you've met someone from Germany or Wales or something in this country, and how little you expected out of them. That was me! I got to be that guy.

Awesome cool writing man. I left comments but they haven't showed up yet. Guess they get filtered for spam first.
I need to pick up writing again. This world needs more writers from our generation. Writers who remember the kinds of things we remember.
Writers who are able to work little tidbits of useless information from the best years of our generation into their writing, instead of the little tidbits of useless information from current pop-culture that most writers of recent generations draw upon for their consequently much less entertaining works.

Yeah, the blog's comment thing is a little weird: if it is the first time posting a comment from a listed e-mail address, I have to click the "approve" button, but once I do that, comments show up immediately. You're all set; they should be there now. And thank you very much for your comments! You are very kind. :)

Naked and covered in blue paint IS a particularly Scots thing, isn't it?

Well, we can shut this place down for 2009, nobody's gonna top that.
Excellent work, Brucie.
