Seeking Opinions on Ben's idea.

Here's his original post:

http://www.voy.com/47897/1017.html

Which contains a possible edict to get the mammoth JC / PWC2 / MR conglomerate under one management.

Ben later dismissed the idea in e-mail due to, and I quote incorrectly, "My cavernous ego, which could never be truly satiated by teaming up with you, you little, little person."

But I think he was onto something. Anyone have a take on this? And so that he does not accuse me of stealing his content again (boy, if we were all under one room we would have to worry about that, now would we) feel free to write your response either on the PWC2 message board or here.

"Under one room"? What do you mean? Sorry.

Also: dammit, I forgot to take a screen shot when I hit 1337 posts. I coulda been a LEET mofo, but I'm not.

Oh, well, Lex is less than 1200 posts away, so it won't be long now till we see that postcount with him.

I have to concur with Pus Monkey on this one. Consolidating this all into one uber sight would be kind of... I don't know. Icky?

See, I post here, read Ben's board on rare occasion but don't post because I've never had anything remotely clever to say in response to the sheer anarchy that board generates, and visited Monta Russo exactly once. Having to suddenly deal with a 10% chance of goatse linkage every time I wanted to ask an idiotic question about Hugo might make it tough going. Then again it might be worth it to get Pus Monkey over here. He's dreamy.

Of course, I may very well be a unique case. While I've only seen Ben and Robb posting at PWC under their "real" names, it may very well be that "13 Year Old Counterstrike Player" is in fact Roody Yogurt in disguise or something. If this is the case, by all means, don't let me hold you back.

On the other hand, this could very well be like the time I decided that I liked both whiskey and french onion dip and so decided to pour the whiskey in the french onion dip. What I'm saying is that you could wind up with a runny mess of brownish-white gloop that is entirely unfit for putting potato chips in.

What, you got a problem with Monto Rusa?

I wish ben would just stop acting naive in all posts to make fun of someone. I mean gimmick posters are cool ... but I should not have to explain "Bad Dudes" humor.

Sorry :( I did not know you would not like it. Sorry. :( :(

I think considering how few people come here maybe we should make a chat room. IRC would be the rockerz. We could talk with people who all have WC3| in front of each of their names.

Oh, opinions? Figuring I only visit JC do it.

I think we should keep them separate ... each place has its own "feel". If you will.

Also, not to tread on any feelings, but it's not as if anyone here is really hurting for spare time. Hitting three boards instead of one isn't that time-consuming.

Yeah, PWC2 BBS "feels like" nobody ever goes there. Monto Rusa "feels like" nobody ever does LifeTraxae there.

It should be clear to all that each stop on the information highway has it's own specific flavor. I think a large mixture would somehow muddle the subtleties each provides.

I tend to visit them in the following order:

PWC2 - for the <H@o5
Jolt Country - for the wide array of topics
Monto Rusa - for the more personal LifeTrax entries.

Hmm. The final tally seems to be 1,022 to 0, Ben.

What other ideas do you have for us, Tesla?
