why do they sound so gross?

They taste delicious.

I just made one, with leftover Van de Camp fish "fillets" (most of them were closer to fish sticks)

It was delicious. It reminded me of Taco Bell's potato taco. Except better. And even now as I'm picking the last wonderful tasty fish taco bits from my teeth in preparation of completely decimating any remaining taste with a wonderful cancerous Sheriff (TM) Brand Generic cigarette, I wonder why "fish taco" sounds so nasty.
