In the TV show "House", Dr. House has a patient who has a type of infection in his mouth normally associated with vaginal yeast infection. He's being consulted with by telephone. He is informed that the patient stated that he hasn't performed oral sex on a woman in over a year.

"Selfish bastard!" exclaims Dr. House.

House's associate explains it was when the patient's girlfriend broke up with him because he had to redeploy to Iraq.

"Selfish bitch!" exclaims Dr. House.
