At the top of the page for Caltrops, PHP is giving an error message

arning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_80s6qno4qr77qstpleh6etfno2, O_RDWR) failed: No space left on device (28) in /home/caltrops/caltrops.com/pointy.php on line 30

[Update 10:23 EST]: Thanks, Caltrops is now fixed and is no longer giving error messages. Note that I did not blank out, alter the original text, or remove this message. I have revised the title to show that it is no longer an emergency.

Message today:

Not Found

The requested URL /pointy.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Jonsey mailed me to tell me the site is up, and it is. This emergency has been abated.

Jonsey, consider consolidating your web hosting services? And maybe consolidating them with something that works?

Caltrops is down for retooling.

pointy.php is apparently missing and Caltrops is going to a 404 page.

I love when Caltrops is down. That makes me a smaller person. A weaker person. A person willing to peddle his respect to the highest bidder. An emotionally juvenile man-child of the lowest order.

So do I! I will never understand why nobody posts in numbers over there. Any contingent of posters that would yell at people has long since left. I think it's one of the friendlier places on the Internet, unless you are like Pinback and just look to start shit constantly.

It's back up, FWIW. It's not going anywhere as long as I am alive.

Caltrops is down right now due to a Dreamhost problem.
