...I just got a tech support call from Colin McRae's brother, John McRae.
Add that to the dossier, along with that douchebag from CNN that wouldn't listen to what the hell I was telling him to do.

this douchebag. I asked him for his email address and he was all like "blah blah AT CNN DOT COM BITCH" or something like that ;)
Extremely condescending, he had some stupidly simple problem with his camcorder, and he would NOT listen. Took a good half an hour to get it through his head what he needed to do. Like pulling TEETH, mang!
