I had no idea until I heard on a report over the Internet feed of the BBC World Service from London, that the Smithsonian Institution main museum is doing an exhibit on video games. Not sure if it includes coin op ones, but the description sounds interesting.
Here's a written article about it: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-17373879

I'm trying to see if there's a reference to the radio article. It said that one of the curators has been working on getting this exhibit set up for three years. The exhibit opened on March 16.
I'm considering going, and I'd take my camera, since downtown Washington DC is about a 40 minute trip by bus and train. Anything you'd want to see stills or video of?
The weather has been so wonderful of late I want to get out and do a few things.
