I probably should have remembered to bring my camera, so I could have taken a picture of it, but at the laundromat where I do my clothes they have a combined Pac Man and Galaga machine. One set of start buttons does Pac Man 1up and 2 up, and the other two do Galaga 1up and 2up.
I'm not sure if the buttons have any use during play, I know they don't in Pac Man, only the joystick means anything. Probably there's a fire button or they are the fire button for Galaga.
I didn't know they had a combined game like this.

The Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga combo is a 20 year anniversary cabinet. Those are probably the two most popular and accessible games, so it made sense to combine them into one cabinet and re-release them. I'm guessing the average person (read: non-gamer) can play each one for 2-3 minutes before dying, so they're perfect laundromat/foyer fodder.
There are a few licensed ones of these out there now. There's a 25th Anniversary version that includes Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and Galaga. There's at least one more that has Missile Command, Centipede, and Millipede all in the same machine.
According to KLOV the same company also released Robotron/Joust and Defender/Defender II combo machines.
