After the latest patch, it crashes my video card every 20 seconds and the whole screen is left garbled and distorted.

Kinda in the same boat, except that whenever I try to log into Battle.net from the SCII login screen, it pops up a "Starcraft II: Starter Edition cannot play in offline mode." The internet tells me to check that my system clock is set correctly and/or call Blizzard tech support.
Yup... Nope...
