How to commit suicide on a bicycle

My office is 3.1 miles down hill from my house and after getting used to the routine of leaving by 7:45 AM to be there by 8 am for work, I became bored. So I've started to do the following:

1. Ride with my hands off my handlebars, using my body weight to turn the bike left and right (however I still steer and brake when I'm in a busy intersection. This is just during the 2/3rds of the ride that are side streets).

2. Running maybe three out of the five red lights I usually encounter on my way down.

3. Purposely driving slowly into traffic (there are two busy four lane streets that intersect my route) to force cars to stop and let me pass.

I've been flipped off, honked at and generally have pissed off quite a few drivers, but the thing is that even while obeying the traffic laws I've come near death because cars usually speed up when I cross a lane.

But I'm at the point where I feel that as a biker, every time I ride with or against cars, I'm one step away from death.
