Essentially, every one of these cereals is a sponsor of diabetes. Not a sponsor of the Diabetes Foundation, but a major contributor to getting diabetes.

Flack, I made it to the end of your little post there and I don't even take offense at the last line. Honestly, by forgetting Cookie Crisp, I deserved it.
I'm seeing two things on a lot of list: Cinnamon Toast Crunch and invitations to go fuck myself. Melissa bought CTC this week and it's IN the house. I should try it.
