A gift request.

I would like one of these, for all of my hard work on this website:
http://countrystore.tabasco.com/TABASCO ... nfo/00052/
(WITH the gift box, please.)
Thank you. Do not order from Amazon, because occasionally they'll use a different seller who ships plastic bottles, and old ones. GLASS BOTTLE, people.)

Can't we all just send you regular, factory sealed bottles of different hot sauces and have you review them on some radio show that needs a kick in the pants?

Yeah, or we could do what I asked, for once in fifteen years.

How are we coming on this? I hope you're coordinating between yourselves, so there's no duplicate orders. PM me for my mailing address if you don't have it.

Forty dollars of tabasco! For what, now? And why?
I got you Get Lamp for Christmas, so I'm covered with the gift-giving thing.
A bottle of this is, what, three bucks?

It's a GALLON.
It's enough to last me TWO YEA-- ONE YEAR.
But no, $40. That's... that's too much. Too much to ask.
This is NOT THE TIME to ask for a $40 gift.
That's fine. I'll just keep doin' my thing here. I'm the lunchpail guy around here. I show up at 9, do my job, kick it on home at 5 and crack open a cold one.
That is just fine by me.

I can't even finish a regular-sized bottle before the color starts changing on me.

I use it (or its Tabasco-brand cousins) with virtually every meal. And most snacks.

Look. These get used for every single meal:
See how the Original on the right is still full and unopened? That's because I just tossed an empty in the trash the previous evening.

Green is my second-favorite. Of the four pictured, I'd rank them like this, if I had to:
1. Original.
2. Green.
3. Habanero.
4. Chipotle.
Thankfully, I don't have to, because this is AMERICA god dammit.

Green is rapidly becoming my every-day "go-to" sauce. It doesn't excel at any one thing, but it's hard to conceive of a hot sauce usage at which it would not perform admirably.
Here's my current theory on what the various Tabasco flavors are best for:
Original Red: Mixed into stews, soups, chili, sauces, condiments.
Habanero: Grilled chicken/fish/pork.
Chipotle: Steak, red meats, eggs.
Green: All of the above, plus shaken directly into mouth.
Family Reserve: Showing off.

Retro hooked my fat us up with the gift I requested. As usual, he is the only person to ever give back to the man who has given this place so much. (Me, I mean.)
Many thanks, Draal.

You life is now complete. And Uranus will light up when that Tabasco tries to find an exit.
I don't know why I wrote that second part.
