Dieting, motherfucker

First, lets get a few things out of the way:
1. Added sugar spikes your blood pressure and makes you hungry, fats are actually good for you as is cholesterol & protein makes you feel full.
2. Eating more of a low calorie, healthy food is better than eating more or any of all of a shitty, calorie dense food.
3. SNACK. Preferably on fruits such as oranges, apples and bananas. I keep a bunch of tiny apples everywhere so that I can just have something to chew on, get the nutrients and not feel like a bloated fuck.
4. Don't alter your existing diet too heavily. This cold turkey stuff is complete and utter bull.
Okay, with the normal bullshit weight watchers stuff out of the way, let me give you the -
THE RETROROMPER PATENTED DIET
Guaranteed to avoid: malnutrition, scurvy, beriberi AND gout.
Breakfast -
One serving of yogurt (what is lowest sugar from the store. I really like goat milk yogurt).
One serving of low calorie granola
350 calories
Lunch -
Either a mason jar salad or mason jar shake.
Mason jar salad - 400 calories.
layer the following in a mason jar:
Layer from bottom to top: non-oil based dressing (I use mustard mixed with uh... Something,) diced red cherry tomatos, feta cheese (brined), skinless chicken breast, watercress and red chard.
Mason jar shake - 400 calories
Dumb the following into the mason jar during the beginning of the week, then up end into a mixer with coconut milk (the thin kind) & protein powder.
Strawberries, blackberries, apple, watercress, red chard.
Dinner - 300 calories
Serving of pre-made slow cooker minestrone soup. No cheese nor pasta added. Recipe is available at -
