Best Thanksgivng side dishes

That greenbean casserole with the french onion soup is SO predictable. Is there anything else that's better? I could go to a number of websites and research this but I prefer to post here with an open mind.

Brussels sprouts are poisonous, you can tell by the taste.

#1 Pearl onions in white sauce.

#2 Corn on the cob drenched in butter and smothered in so much salt you immediately get heart disease (or whatever you get from too much fat and sodium).

#3 Canned cranberry jelly.

#4 Stuffing in gravy.

#5 Hot Rolls loaded with and covered in butter.

#6 Broccoli smotherred in cheese sauce.

Actually, butter makes almost everything taste better.

I remember learning that from some video I watched on Youtube one time.
Am I a hero? I really can't say. But, yes.
