Shadow Sorcerer Code Wheel

Does anybody have the code wheel to the 1991 SSI published video game "Shadow Sorcerer" that they would be willing to scan all of the possible answers and then post them? I know this is a ludicrously obscure request, but it never hurts to ask. Thank you.

Mohag only has a scan of the wheel in its starting position, and the image is a bit unclear. I have found all of the scans for the other gold box code wheels, though this one is proving to be difficult.
