Well, let's see.
On the shelf next to me I've got a 1TB external drive, three 3TB internal SATA drives, and 8TB WD drive, two or three < 1TB drives (I think two are 500GB and one is 750GB), and then five 1TB drives (three 2.5, two 3.5). I forgot to check but there are probably 2 or 3 2TB drives in those drive caddies. Behind those caddies are a stack of four or five 1TB SATA drives that got pulled out of rotation. I wouldn't trust them for day to day usage, but for a temporary backup or something, they're fine. Oh, and the 4TB that Tdarcos mailed me is in the red box on top -- I wouldn't really count that one since I'll be returning it to him.
So, without the Commander's drive, I count 30-35TB of available space on the shelf, and that's before we start looking at drives attached to the server or installed in computers.
So... > 5TB.
