What I have done is to specifically create wastebaskets which are marked "Recycling only, no trash" and the one in the kitchen which says "Trash Only." These can then be emptied into the mail recycling bin and trash bin outside. This is how I make sure my trash is properly...

Oh wait, you're talking about reviews of a game named trash. Ohhhhh.

Never mind.

That's remarkable and hilarious. And even more remarkable that there's still apparently a thriving community for the game.

REMARKABLE.

All I can say is, a mesma coisa, funciona igual.

All right, shut up everyone, I've recently learned that Trash:

1) Has a Facebook page
2) SPANIARDS have taken it over

Well, I'm not going to just lay down in a pile of garbage and let that happen, although that would be fitting with theme. Join me, won't you, as I practice my college Spanish on the Trash RTS page and pretend to be Spanish!

I would say 150 is a reasonable average for what I'm doing now.
How many miles from work are you?
35.
I mean, having just moved you are probably there for at least a year, I'd imagine.
This will probably be the situation until October, at which time there will be some flexibility with regard to the lease and stuff.
Everyone will understand the next time the latter happens.
I already left this job once. If I do it again, bridges will, in fact, become burnt.

Where do I fit in "play video games" in that schedule, huh? Where do I do that?

WHERE?!

How many miles from work are you? I know California traffic is bad, but... wow. And you just moved, too. Is there any relief in sight? I mean, having just moved you are probably there for at least a year, I'd imagine.

A lot of times you have moved apartments and changed jobs. Everyone will understand the next time the latter happens. Good grief.

Trash would have to have a new rating for you.
PING: 227
PLAYER RATING: 450
QUALITY OF COMMUTE: -457239001

Awright, Pinner's out, nothing we can do. Who's in??

OK, I am sorry. I didn't mean that. You're not whipped.

I am curious as to why you swore off playing a computer game with your buds once every six months, but if no details are forthcoming I understand. We're your friends here, Pinner. You don't have to explain yourself to your friends.

Be nice and all, but not necessary.

But it would be nice.

Nothing against DC. It sounds like a fun game and I am sure I will buy it one day.

But Christmas wiped me out. I can't buy any video games until the February timeframe at minimum.

At which point I'd be happy to Defcon it up with y'all.

Why not a game of Def Con?

I would enjoy playing a game of Civ IV with Ben, Worm and Gerrit (and any others) sometime this week.

I would also enjoy playing a quick game of Trash with any of the above as well.

Could someone aid me? I am looking for Ben's review of Trash. If someone knows where it is and can point me to it that would be GREAT. You'd be helping out some great kids in the process.

I'm pretty much free to play between 9:00PM-3:20PM and 12:00AM-3:20PM on Wednesday and 12:00AM-6:30PM on Fridays. I'd be up for Trash or Civ IV anytime. I'm meaning to dick around on WoW or some other MMORPG so I might not be available all the time.

As for Civ IV taking a long time. I'm not sure. It's my first Civ, I've managed a single Noble win and usually play on epic speed, which equates to about two sessions that run a few hours.

What a strange moment.

I spent the day buying a new computer, and throwing Civ 4 in the shopping cart just for fun. Then I played some Civ 4.

Then I was looking around for other stuff to install on the new PC, and I happened to find Trash -- ah, yes! I remember that game.

So I installed it, and was ready to play it, and was gonna come on here and go, hey, like, who wants to play some Trash?

And bumped to the top of this base? A thread about Trash, including some Civ 4 talk.

Is that wild or WHAT?

PS: Civ 4 looks to be a fine rendition of the game which I have bought three times now and played about ten times total, because goddamn is it complicated and does it take a long time.

Where's Minesweeper.

You're gonna want to scroll down to BG2. I have lots of fun with it. It's better than the frentic "I know a trick you don't" play of Counterstrike. Basically, it's a revolutionary war team capture the flag.

Sort of designed like BF:1942. Prohibitively long reload times (but not realistic), your gun needs reloaded if you submerge in water, and most of it comes down to fun bayonet combat. It's got a 3 class system, soldier, scout, and sniper. British have a slightly more accurate sniper, but 'mericans have one with a bayonet rather than a knife. Has at least 30 players split across at most three servers at any given time. Some maps have terrible design, and quicky degrade into a revolutionary shitfest, which is perfectly fine for everyone who hates America.

Whoa, Civ IV might be fun for a night. Da King and I used to play it.

How much is the HL2 mod and what is it about? Is it co-op?

sooooooooooooooo

by Worm » Mon Jul 10, 2006 10:14 am

No one wants to play Civ IV, or Battle Grounds (the Revolutionary War HL2 mod). Anyone wanna regress to trash or suggest any other RTS games? I'm sure we could all warez something older and have a JC GAMING EXTRAVAGANZA!

You're the only one who would get in. Also: I'm going to New York for a concert.
