Well, those three fisheyes of Yucateca ain't gonna hurt you too bad. I grabbed more, though, as I ate. Love that crap.

2. It's Yucateca green habanero hot sauce. I have mixed feelings about Yucateca green habanero hot sauce. On the one hand, it tastes great. On the other hand, they color it artificially. On the third hand, the color is so brilliant that I forgive them for doing it.
