Now you'll have to come up with some other reason to be snide, hostile dirtbags. I'm sure you're up to the task, though.

1. It's not cheese, it's crema Mexicana (Mexican sour cream.)

2. It's Yucateca green habanero hot sauce. I have mixed feelings about Yucateca green habanero hot sauce. On the one hand, it tastes great. On the other hand, they color it artificially. On the third hand, the color is so brilliant that I forgive them for doing it.
