For tacos, no pound. Boil and shred.

EDIT: Wait, you've changed topics.

The question is "How (the hell) do you pound chicken down enough to get it to roll up without having it completely fall apart?"

Put some saran wrap down. Spray it with water. Put the chicken down. Spray another sheet of saran with water and place that on the chicken.

Then pound lightly, and press down, from the center, out. Like this: "Whump, press, whump, pressss". Lightly, please. LIGHTLY, goddamn you.

If there's anyone who's an expert at pounding the chicken, it's Ben.

Greatest dinner I've ever had!

1. Heat up some leftover chicken.
2. Heat up some mole sauce
3. Put chicken on tortilla.
4. Put mole sauce on chicken.
5. Eat.

AWESOME!

And NO PICS!
