Re: Oculous VR
I want to try this! Also, I am hoping Carmack took too seconds to check out my creation.
"In these trying times" and all.
P.S. There is only an also here because I tweeted twice. The first about gaming RealLife like games as far as markets. Fun stuff. Heh

Nope. Too expensive for something I'd end up only using for porn.

Tried this first. I couldn't do it. I had to take the visor off.
Then there were virtual roller coasters. I started to get vertigo and had to take the visor off.
Then there was a Guitar Hero sort of game. Only you have lightsabers and have to chop glowing blocks. That was fun. Now I understand Ready Player One a little better

It's my friend's and its a Quest 2. I give it another two weeks before he's watching Pr0n with it. He's less of a gamer than I am. He's never heard of Ready Player One.

Re: Oculous VR
I wish I had a spare key for NoLimits 2, which would provide an infinitely higher-fidelity coaster experience than that sack of absolute garbage. I feel like that would greatly reduce the chance of a bad physical response, and greatly enhance the fun.
EDIT: Oh hey, look, there's a free demo (unless you're one of them anti-Steamers.)
EDIT 2: Oh hey, look, there's a non-Steam demo: https://nolimitscoaster.com/demo/latest_nl2_demo.exe

Am I a hero? I really can't say. But, yes.
