Spock must be dead because this bitch pulled warp 10 (i.e. 10 hours warping my schedule) finishing up and finally we've got Office installed shy of 2am, ready to work. Hoping to go another 10 years before again.

oh, wow, I'm in love with my computer again. It only took 13 hours to fix all of the problems AND finally get rid of the Fortinet Client that absolutely refused to be deleted for the last 3 years. Was surprised that nothing bad happened, something bad always used to happen.

Yeah, the thing froze to a stop mid morning. Took two hours just to get it ready to restore. Next 7 hours to "reset" , 4 to "reinstall". Baud doesn't apply because the entire second partition holds the whole thing. Thinking that since it didn't involve formatting then years of registry damage took some time to fix or something.

Say what you will about MacOS but it easily tosses the 14 or so versions of Fortinet that random work clients demanded you use out with ease lol

I had something similar happen a couple years ago, CO. Had a long weekend, had time.to myself, had all these plans. 10 hour Windows update. I hate Microsoft's engineers so much.
