Here, we get our custom titles.

Post by Ice Cream Jonsey »

There are no avatars, custom titles or graphics-in-sigs for anyone on this BBS. This is a good thing.

But let's mix it up for a month when it comes to Custom Titles.

There are no more than thirty of us who are active, and even that is a rather generous statement. I am writing down possible Custom Titles on a piece of A4 from 1 to 30.

Your job is to select a number from 1 to 30 for your custom title. This will last you until the end of September. If you're a little stupid and can't really read all that well and someone has taken your number I will just bump you up to the next free one. (If two people pick "30" I will magically ride the snake and "wrap" the numbering system.)

So basically, you don't know what your custom title could be beforehand. I don't know what it could be beforehand. It is a mystery! But I will be scanning in a print-out of what I am writing down so you know that it is all fair and square.

So I guess the question is -- do you feel lucky? Well? Do you, denizen?

Great Siva, first you post an emoticon in that last thread to that guy in New Mexico, and now custom titles and... ah, fuck it. Give me 17.

Wait. That was no guy. That was, unless a gimmick (she resolved to AOL) a girl. Woman. I only use emoticons when I am talking to people I haven't seen in a while... or COMPLETE maggots.

=(
;)

I see that "1" has shown up. Though this is the best use of "1," ever, this only works on registered users.

That is kind of you to say. I believe it came from the St. Louis Vampire board, if I remember correctly. They did not appear to be roleplayers, but rather actual vampires from Missouri.

Wait a minute, what? No, not about the whole vampires in Missouri thing (I mean, after all rural USA is where I'd] choose to spend my eternal un-life), but how did you transcribe the description if you don't even know where it came from? Did you memorize it years ago, or do you have a whole que of these things lined up in advance, or what?

Anyone interested in a Type O Negative concert review?

HINT: I am going to redefine the word 'scathing'.

I went to a lot of different bulletin boards to find the right one. This shit's chess, it ain't checkers, Debaser.

I started by typing in a few search words into Google. Vamperalla. Caligula. Nothing.

I then tried to maybe find a real niche. The Succubisexual Alliance of Cheyenne, WY. Again! Foiled!

So I just typed in "vampire forums," got a bunch of hits, and then kept reading until I found one that plays the whole "game" that we like to play here on Jolt Country. Truth to tell, they all kind of start sounding alike.

The source of the quote is: http://www.slad.net/forums/. I'd like to point out that this would be another excellent reason for any JC BBSer to come visit me in St. Louis.

2 is a better number ... I can divide it by any numbers! Just not evenly.

I'll give this another day or so and then scan the document. Some of these have turned out to be rather frightening in their accuracy and another will guarantee pain and suffering on me for all time.
