I'm not buying the cooler killed him like one person in the video said. He most likely crashed the bike after getting hit with it and slammed the side of his head on the nearby car and pavement.
HOWEVER, according to Police Quest III, I'm fairly certain throwing a cooler at a suspect is improper procedure. You report that shit to a different unit to cut them off.
