I saw this in an ultra-twee cookbook.

It was a thin slice of corned beef on top of a potato cut to look like a rice cake, with a strip of boiled cabbage wrapped around it.

Well, fuck that.

So here, I present:

Bruce's Irish Sushi
Bottle of whisky
Dead goldfish

Drink enough whisky that you think it's OK to eat the dead goldfish.

Eat the dead goldfish.

Drink the rest of the whisky.
