Jonsey is Psychotic: The Poll (Take 2)
This poll was DELETED by "unknown forces" just a few minutes ago. Hmmm. I wonder if anyone PSYCHOTIC had something to do with that.

It's pretty psychotic to think that 1 3 sentence volley about Robb was 'talking about him all day' when the gist of the conversation was, in fact, not Robb, but the health of my cat, which Robb is actively working against, obviously because my cat is trying to control him through gamma ray mind control and is the household minion of the ghost of Nicole Brown Simpson. I'd say that's pretty psychotic.

Really! One three-sentence volley. That's all the time you spent talking about me while I was working. Amazing.Vitriola wrote:It's pretty psychotic to think that 1 3 sentence volley about Robb was 'talking about him all day'
Amazing and FALSE, of course. I am the primary topic of conversation between you too. Second is porn. A close second, sure, but still.
Don't begin to paint-by-numbers on the easle of hate you've so deviously constructed. Use broad, strong strokes. Really let it all hang out.
For the record, here's what is actually going on here:When the gist of the conversation was, in fact, not Robb, but the health of my cat, which Robb is actively working against, obviously because my cat is trying to control him through gamma ray mind control and is the household minion of the ghost of Nicole Brown Simpson. I'd say that's pretty psychotic.
1) One cat, Beavis, vomits two to three times a day. Nothing will ever stop her.
2) Another cat, Spock, is given milk regularly. She still puked all over my brand-new leather jacket, though.
3) A third cat, Newton, was labelled as being "allergic to dairy." I gave him some milk one time. He drank it greedily. I gave it to him a second and third time. No problem.
The fourth time? He puked. So that's three pukers. I haven't given him any milk since, but he's still yakked up his last two recorded meals.
I'd like to STOP the puking. The elections are coming. I am pushing for one main issue resolution: The Abolishment of In-Home Puking.
The Senator from Saratoga with the nice butt would have you believe that I am against this.
I am not.

The first one is an overhead tactical view that shows me who is where, how many units I have to deploy and what the likely outcome will be.
The second one is some fairy princess wandering around in a forest more suitable for The Longest Journey sequel.
Hey Princess.... why the looooooooooooooong face? Hahahah!
Let me ask you this, then, Pinner. Real generals are more likely to:
A) Sit right in front of the action and melee
B) Sit above it in a tower with binoculors
You're pathetic. It's B.
OMG, great graphics for the new football game!!!!

THAT'S JUST HOW I PLAY IT! THAT'S EXACTLY THE VIEW I CHOOSE! WHO NEEDS TO SEE RECEIVERS OR SUPPLY LINES OR THE WHOLE FIELD/MAP OR ANYTHING?
"NOT ME!" -- BENJAMIN "DOUCHEBAG" PARRISH
...
... Give me a break. Even if you like the pretty pictures in WC3 the way you play it is to use a direct overhead view. True or false? Christ, I hope you don't use that view. I hope you *don't* look overhead. Because I'll fucking brain you in WC3 any time and any place if you use that Fisher Price monster petting zoo camera point.

Less cluttered.pinback wrote:No, wait... you think the overhead view in WC2 looks better than the same overhead view in WC3?
And, if so: You can't truly be serious, can you?
More information given at a faster rate.
Less busy.
Sharper.
Smoother.
More functional.
Am I saying it "looks better"? I am saying that because it's all the things I mentioned, it's better for a RTS game.

WC1 is even LESS cluttered than WC2! Wanna know why? THERE'S LESS TO DO!! Wow. What a revelation.Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:Less cluttered.
What? What "additional information" is given in WC2? At a faster rate?More information given at a faster rate.
Is this different from "less cluttered"?Less busy.

I admire you that you don't let the fact that you're the only person in the universe who holds this ridiculous opinion dissuade you at all from blundering forward with it, letting the denigrating giggles of small children and wizened old sages alike bounce off you without a care.Am I saying it "looks better"? I am saying that because it's all the things I mentioned, it's better for a RTS game.
