That's what I meant. They should be the same color, but they're not, therefore I don't understand why the queens are there. It gives an advantage to one side.

"Rhb2" is the right way to write that, if anybody cares. If there's two of the same kinda piece that can move to the same place, just add the column name (or row number, if appropriate) after the piece type to differentiate.

I'm assuming by "right side", you mean, the right side of the board when viewed from White's perspective.
