Okay, Monto Rusa is going down shortly, and won't be back up for days and days and days. See you then!

What? I was just about to start writing blog entries for my fictional protagonist again!! This cannot be! ZOUNDS!
Monto Rusa is one of my favorite sites on the internet. That, and I burned all my bridges at your previous website, "Pinback's Web Central II." Am I going to have to go back there with some kind of shame-faced slow gait and apologize to everyone? Oh, no, Benjamin... oh please, ANYTHING but THAT!!

Alright, people, just relax. Here's what's up:
Monto Rusa uses a dynamic DNS service to keep the domain pointed at my machine even as my machine keeps changing IP addresses. At the time I shut down the machine, the IP address was 64.166.108.234. Since then, apparently, that IP address has been given to our new "pal" Pal!
Once I get broadband back up (some time this week if all goes as planned), I'll be able to "grab the DNS back" and point it back to my machine where it belongs.
Then? It's LIFETRAX? TIME!!!

This would also serve as a good time for me to keep up the fictional exploits of the character I had going there. I really kind of blew it on that one.
Holy Shit, this turned into a "game design is haaaarrr-rrrdddd!" whine. Abort! Mission abort!!! Close the messa--

See, I've been keeping a sporadic journal on my handspring visor the last month or so. As most of the entries so far were written at work (with lines like 'Welp, the animals need their food.') and a portion of it has to do with my efforts to quit smoking.
Are boring logs ok? Who thinks they have the most boring log already?
Also, the main audience I'm looking to share it with are people I know in real life, so they'll all have to get Monto Ruso acccounts.
