Okay, Steam loads every time my computer starts. OK. I haven't played Half-Life 2 in months but I also haven't rebooted my computer in a while.
When Steam loads it displays "News." Who doesn't like news?
Well this time it loaded it displayed A FUCKING AD FOR COUNTER-STRIKE. Are you fucking kidding me? Print ads when I START MY COMPUTER?!?! Jesus Fucking Christ! What a bunch of complete fucking pricks.
Steam is just as shitty as everyone said it would be and these assholes are using it to pump goddamn commercials at me. Everyone else was right and Valve was wrong. I hope it was worth it to them, fuck this, I'll simply pirate their shit from here on out.
