Fucking Bit Defender.

So, I am told by Some Dude (TM) that Bit Defender is a better antivirus program than AVG. HIghly distrustful, I download the program anyway, and run it. And... my internet connection gets blocked. I could disable the virus shield and it worked though, soI thought 'Okay, whatever, I'll figure that out later" and did a scan. And now, I can't get access to the internet at all, even after uninstalling the program, and system restoring the computer to before I installed the program.

Help?

Did you just post on a BBS saying that you don't have internet access anymore?

I did, yes, and I can get away with it because I am using... gasp and shock of horrors... A DIFFERENT COMPUTER. Pause to recover from ass-shaking tremmers of fright.

I can get access to the internet on one coputer. I cannot get acess to the internet onn another computer.

And, you are not helping my problem.
