Hey, Bruce -- those people who are selling marquees on eBay -- is that just a piece of paper which (on a working game) is lit up by a bulb behind it, or is the marquee made of something more substantial? I would presume so, because on one of the old arcade Usenet groups people are always talking about how they break in the mail. Are marquees any good for displaying around the house, or are they (in your opinion) not worth the hassle?
(My Crystal Castles game is the cocktail version, so no marquee for me.)
Dear Bruce, I am God.

Wait are you talking about all Marquees?
Some are paper and some are plastic. Most of the time if the plastic gets broken instead of ordering a new marquee they get a paper one and throw it in with a plastic gaurd.
Jonsey, I think they wouldn't look good for display purposes only. I mean how are you going to get them are your wall?

Good point Bobby!
Jonsey doesn't know. He's barely thought out where he's going to be an hour from the present date. He is prone to poor decisions based solely on impulse.Worm wrote:Jonsey, I think they wouldn't look good for display purposes only. I mean how are you going to get them are your wall?
Fuck, Clash and Ben both died within a few months of each other. What's a cold-hearted dimensional nemesis from the negative planes supposed to do with oneself?
