Domain Redirection

I have had fallacyofdawn.com for about six years. It's never worked right. It's always shown a blank page.

Is it possible to redirect fallacyofdawn.com to www.joltcountry.com and then do something to send all people getting in through fallacyofdawn.com to joltcountry.com/games/fallacyofdawn.html? How would I do that?

You can host fallacyofdawn.com somewhere and then throw up an index.html which redirects them to the site of your choosing?

I imagine he's already hosting it (with the joltcountry.com/games/fallacyofdawn.html up there) and it doesn't work. Can't you just put
