In it is a guy trying to sell a horrible "Ms. Pac-Man machine." Basically, he took the Jakks Ms. Pac thing and just congealed shit around it until it somewhat turned into an "arcade game."

Highlights include the e-mails he sends out as people contact him, and then him showing up over at the KLOV forum at first pretending to be someone else. But he uses the term "shrill bidder" just like the original mental case, so everyone knows it's the same guy.

And yes, the police get involved.
