I just went for that and opted out. I figure that the 360s/Zunes have to be out of stock, and at this rate Microsoft is going to clear all the points soon and try to rewrite their system.
I just got a package at home, from Microsoft, contained within was Windows Vista Ultimate.
I have a package waiting for me from Microsoft as well. UPS did the thing where they come three times while I am at work, and now I have to pick it up.
I found a copy of some all- encompassing theme pack that turn your XP into a Vista look-a-like. It looks and smells like Vista but runs like XP. The best of both worlds. Seriously, I can't find a thing in my buddy's machine (running vista) that I really want or need with XP.
A bunch of people at SA are reporting that their prizes are coming in. One guy got like eight copies of Vista, and another guy got six Zunes. I've still got a webcam, 360 controller, and Vista coming to me, hopefully.
Vista is pretty fantastic. What was everyone's beef with Vista? That there weren't drivers for a month after it came out and everyone shit their pants?
